Artist, writer, musician, disc jockey and producer Bill Melody is best
known for his 27 years as a featured entertainment writer, columnist,
dining and show reviewer for Calkins Newspapers, which included the Bucks
County Courier Times, Burlington County Times (N.J.), and the Doylestown
Intelligencer covering hundreds of venues including concerts, Atlantic
City and interviewing countless musicians, entertainers and celebrities,
both local and national.

He's also well known in country music circles
having produced shows featuring Grand Ole Opry stars for more than ten
years for the Shriners organization in South Jersey. He served as Public
Relations director for the Shriners for ten years promoting the Shriners
organization and its hospitals and burn centers.

Melody has worked at a
number of area radio stations including the former WJJZ-AM, (Mount Holly,
NJ.), WNAR-AM (Norristown, PA), WPHT-AM (Philadelphia, PA) and his highly
popular "Country Music Hall" shows can be heard every Saturday afternoon
from 1 to 6 p.m. and Sunday mornings from 5 to 10 a.m. on WBCB-AM 1490
